MACUL is well known for its annual conference that highlights the best of technology integration in schools. This year through a collaboration between MACUL and COATT, a new strand was added to the conference with a focus on teacher education and student teaching.

Sponsorship for Candidate Teachers
MACUL welcomes the Consortium for Outstanding Achievement in Teaching with Technology (COATT) as a major sponsor for the 2005 MACUL conference.

As part of the sponsorship agreement, COATT and MACUL are working together in an unprecedented way to reach teacher candidates and their mentor educators. Teacher candidates from a COATT institution who attend the conference will receive a 50% discount off the conference registration fee. The regular student rate for the 2005 MACUL conference is $105, but would be available to eligible students under the COATT offer for $52.50. Hands-on workshops, which cost an additional $60, would be made available to students from COATT institutions at $30 each. (See flyer for details.)
