he Educational Technology Endorsement is earned by teachers who complete a formal graduate program focused on using technology in their classroom teaching. Approved by the State Board of Education in 2002, the program is now offered by two universities, Eastern Michigan University and Wayne State University with more institutions currently working to develop programs.
